Lyndon B Johnson National Historical Park

Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park tells the story of our 36th president beginning with his ancestors until his final resting place on his beloved LBJ Ranch. This entire "circle of life" gives the visitor a unique perspective into one of America's most noteworthy citizens by providing the most complete picture of any American president.

The park is open every day except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

LBJ Ranch

The LBJ Ranch is open every day except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. To enter the LBJ Ranch you must pick up a free driving permit from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm at the LBJ State Park and Historic Site visitor center. The entrance gate at the LBJ Ranch opens at 9:00 am and closes at 4:30 pm Exit gate closes at 5:00 pm.

Johnson Settlement

Explore where Lyndon B. Johnson's grandparents settled in the 1860s. Event Center exhibit hall and restrooms are open 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
